Our friend Amber came up with this fun breakfast idea, and we’re so excited to share it with you today!
You can use pancake mix or make them from scratch using your favorite pancake recipe.
We prefer pancake mix though because it keeps things SUPER easy!
Ingredients
- Pancake Mix (make according to the back of the box)
- Banana Slices
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Chips
How to Make Santa Pancakes for a Christmas Breakfast
1. You’ll want to start by mixing your pancake mix in a large bowl and following the instructions on the back of the box.
2. Place your first pancake on a plate and tear the second pancake into pieces to make Santa’s mustache. Add to the top of the pancake.
3. Next place your sliced bananas at the bottom of the pancake for Santa’s beard.
4. Then add in Santa’s red hat by placing raspberries above the pancake.
5. Add in a raspberries and strawberries for Santa’s nose and chocolate chips for his eyes.
6. The finishing touches are to top off his mustache and his Santa hat with whipped cream!
Tips for Making These Easy Santa Pancakes
- You’ll want the pancake to be a little cool before adding the chocolate chips and whip cream. Otherwise it may melt.
- You can add/swap any toppings you like to make a Santa face!
- You could do candy eyes, a strawberry hat, fresh fruit for his nose, or a full whipped cream beard if you wanted!
