We loved this Strike First, Strike Hard Shrimp Stir Fry for our Karate Kid movie night!! It felt like a treat, but it was actually packed with lean protein and veggies! The 1-skillet stir fry makes enough for two, but you can easily double or triple it!
Along with our stir fry, we also had Sensei Sushi Sugar Cookies! They were so adorable and delicious! Plus, this stir fry is pretty spicy so the cookie was a nice way to cool our mouths off!
If you’re like us, you loved Karate Kid growing up and have now gotten sucked into all things Cobra Kai! We are in love with the Netflix show and can’t wait for the next season! We fully believe Johnny would say this is a bad ass stir fry, and it’s perfect for a Karate Kid movie night theme!
