Thank you to Amber S. for allowing us to feature her Halloween brunch board she made for her kids! She’s always coming up with cute ideas — you may also like her Santa pancakes or Rudolph brownies in a couple months!

What you will need:

  • Halloween Waffle Maker
  • Halloween Pancake Maker
  • Peeps Ghosts
  • Little Debbie Mini Muffins
  • White Chocolate
  • Candy Eyeballs
  • Syrup
  • Fresh Fruit

Amber used the Dash Spiderweb Waffle Maker and the Mini Pumpkin Maker to make the festive shapes. Both are on Amazon, as well as, a bundle set that has a skeleton and pumpkin.

The Halloween Waffles and Pancakes

You can use any pancake mix to make the Halloween waffles and pancakes. You may want to lightly spray each maker to keep the shapes coming out easily.

Creating Your Halloween Breakfast Charcuterie Board

Once you have your pancakes, waffles, and muffin mummies ready, you’re ready to set up your Halloween breakfast charcuterie board!

We like to start with the largest items and work towards the smallest to fill in the board, but there are no set rules! Just varying the shapes, colors, and different textures can help make the board look pretty.

Assembling the Board

  1. Place Your Small Bowls of Syrup First
  2. Add In Your Pancakes & Waffles
  3. Now Add in Mummies and Ghosts
  4. Finish the Board with Fresh Strawberries and Blueberries

This festival Halloween charcuterie board is a great way to hit off the spooky season, and the best thing about it is it’s pretty easy to make! Plus, you can grab these food items at your local grocery store!

If you want to continue the fun on Halloween day, why not make apple monsters, spider cookies, or these cute bats using Oreo cookies for lunch?

You could finish the night with these dirt cups with gummy worms or our black cat halloween cookies.
